El Departamento de Ciencia de los Alimentos ofrece traducción de conocimientos de vanguardia centrada en el desarrollo de alimentos sostenibles, seguros e innovadores destinados a mejorar la salud humana. La investigación realizada en Ciencias de los Alimentos se centra en estudios interdisciplinarios que abarcan química, biología, microbiología, química de productos naturales, nanociencia, física y ciencias de la nutrición.
